Our take

The schedule alone tells you what kind of night this is: live band from seven, lighting sweeping the canopy on the hour, fire dancers three times before ten, then an angel show past eleven and DJs carrying it to close — a full production, nightly. The kitchen holds its own against the spectacle: wagyu fusion bites, fresh crudos, sake and imported wine, cocktails presented like tribal ceremony. Come hungry and thirsty, not just ready to watch — the food and drinks are doing real work here too.
