Pioneering Nikkei Dining in a Central Park-Style Sky Garden
Our take
The hedge-maze entrance and stylised park aren't just set dressing — this 33rd-floor garden has anchored Soi 11 since 2012, when it introduced Bangkok to Nikkei cooking. The Peruvian-Japanese kitchen still delivers (cebiches in leche de tigre, charcoal anticucho skewers, proper pisco sours), and the evening is well engineered: calm early hours, skyline dusk, then DJs pushing the terrace toward late.
Insider tip
Climb the internal stairs to the top terrace for the cleanest skyline sightlines. Book ahead for weekends, and take the dress code at its word.
