One floor above the Sky Bar, the world's highest open-air champagne bar keeps things almost defiantly calm. This is lebua for grown-ups: Bollinger and Ayala by the glass, caviar when the occasion earns it, live jazz in the evenings, and excellent service. The bill will remind you you're still on the 64th floor; go for a celebration, not for a quick drink.
Insider tip
Time your visit for the jazz — from 7 PM every night except Monday — and book a day ahead; the terrace is intimate and celebration tables go first. Respect the dress code.
