The entrance is the overture: an LED-lit, 25-metre sky-bridge glowing across the void before dinner even begins. Beyond it, modern Cantonese fine dining 52 floors over the river — wok-fried river prawn, charcoal-grilled Chilean seabass — crowned Thailand's Best Restaurant at the 2022 World Culinary Awards. Expensive, theatrical, and intended as an occasion rather than an evening out.
