ICONSIAM's best-kept non-secret: while the mall's crowds queue downstairs, the sixth-floor terrace serves a 180-degree sweep of the Chao Phraya at prices the famous river rooftops stopped charging years ago. The kitchen splits between Thai and Italian, the portions run generous, and the value is the story. Service can wobble when it's full — but at this price-per-view, the river forgives.
