Our take

Dark timber, low light and the river doing its slow evening thing — this small rooftop above the Ten Six Hundred hotel is built for exactly one mood, and it nails it. The cocktails get real craft, the staff treat every table like an occasion, and passing boats provide the entertainment. Priced above its neighborhood, but as a romantic riverside set-piece it earns the difference.
