Our take

No restaurant, no DJ, no production values — just a 15th-floor open deck off Sukhumvit 71 in Phra Khanong where the drinks are simple (cocktails from about ฿100, beer by the package), the breeze is free and the sunset does the entertaining. A neighborhood perch in the honest sense: a local crowd rather than tour groups, and a pace that treats a rooftop as somewhere to sit rather than something to photograph.
