Our take
A neon-framed deck 20 floors over Pratunam where the architecture is half the show: clean lines, an interactive video wall, a resident DJ, and a 360° skyscraper wrap that photographers work hardest at blue hour. Drinks stay reasonable for a hotel rooftop, and the crowd stays thinner than the view deserves.
