Our take
Five floors of boutique hotel and then, suddenly, Wat Arun filling the frame across the river — this tiny terrace at Inn A Day is a front-row seat masquerading as a bar. Cocktails, mocktails and bistro food keep the menu simple; the temple, floodlit after dark, does everything else.

Book ahead for the two prime windows: sunset, then Wat Arun's illumination. The space is small — don't bring a crowd.
