Our take

A rooftop inside a repurposed parking garage, where the concrete still tilts along the old car ramps — and instead of hiding it, the bar rolls its signature cocktails down the slope sealed inside bowling balls. It's very gimmicky and surprises only once, but the vibe works: moody Hong-Kong-noir concrete and neon. The bar snacks are far better than you'd expect from a former car park.

Insider tip

Finding it is half the fun: enter past the Lotus's Go Fresh on the ground level and ride up to the 10th floor, then walk past the karaokes and massage parlors.
